Aarian Herbert Land,Jr. is a native of South Carolina. His passion for drumming took root at a young age in Okinawa, Japan, where his father served in the US Air Force . From there his gift grew from tapping on pots, pans, steering wheel, any tapable surface to now having an endorsement through Tamburo Drum Company, in Italy.

Aarian holds a bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University in Music. He has had the pleasure of coaching multiple school battery section  across the eastern part of the US.

Currently he serves as Music Director for  Mason Temple, Church of God in Christ, where he has been playing drums for 35 years. Gospel drumming is and has been his first sector to drumming.

His passion for drums has lead him to host many drum clinics and workshops. He aspires to instill in  drummers and musicians that the key to becoming your best is PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE so that you are ready when opportunities  presents itself.
